EcoMuvi on Set.

We are audiovisual professionals—on set and in post-production, we integrate seamlessly into the crew to ensure the effective application of the sustainable development standard. We collaborate closely in defining the project’s sustainability policy and assist each department in understanding and adopting the tailored strategy. This approach guarantees that sustainability goals are internalized and that conscious, informed choices are made throughout the production process.

To support all departments, we have introduced the role of the EcoMuvi Manager. This expert offers practical, hands-on support at every stage of production. From the development and pre-production phase, the EcoMuvi Manager participates in location scouting to establish effective energy, waste, and materials plans. During filming, they are present on set to assist with production tasks, department coordination, supplier and technician communications, waste management, and process monitoring in line with set sustainability goals.

The frequency of the EcoMuvi Manager’s visits is flexible and tailored to the needs of each project. EcoMuvi provides a customized service that ranges from an integrated EcoMuvi Manager to a full sustainability department for more complex productions. This may include the ongoing presence of an Eco PA and other key personnel to manage sustainability efforts on site.

Who is the EcoMuvi Manager?

The EcoMuvi Manager is not an “inspector” but an active contributor to the project. With a blend of experience in audiovisual productions and deep knowledge of sustainable development, they work collaboratively with the crew to integrate sustainability into the workflow. Additionally, the EcoMuvi Manager serves as the key liaison between the production team and the official compliance inspectors, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to the certification process.

The EcoMuvi Manager consistently identifies opportunities to optimize workflows, conserve resources, and minimize waste. They not only introduce an innovative network of sustainable suppliers but also collaborate with existing suppliers to enhance their performance. This approach ensures that all participants in the supply chain are engaged and aligned with the implementation of the EcoMuvi Protocol.

The EcoMuvi Manager’s support extends from the set to post-production and into administrative processes. They also handle the final sustainability certification reporting, collecting all necessary documents in coordination with the production and set administration teams.
